Emergencies

From August 1 you will find us at our temporary premises
Contrada San Marco 4H, 6982 Agno. Parking a few metres away, on the San Provino square. We will welcome you here until the new practice opens, expected in November 2026.
How to request an appointment
You can request an appointment by calling the practice or by filling in the online form on this website. An online request is not a confirmation: the secretariat will get back to you to agree a date and time.
What to bring to your first consultation
Please bring your insurance card, an identity document, your vaccination record and any relevant medical documents (reports, previous tests, a list of the medicines you take).
Cancelling an appointment
If you are unable to attend, please let the practice know by telephone at least 24 hours in advance.
Health insurance
The practice accepts patients with Swiss basic health insurance (KVG/LAMal). For specific questions about cover, please contact the secretariat.
Opening of the new practice
The premises at Strada Regina 157B in Serocca d'Agno are currently under construction. Opening to the public is expected in November 2026. The new centre will have several parking spaces reserved for patients directly in the car park, with direct lift access.

Can I send medical reports through the website?
No. The website cannot be used to send clinical documents. Please contact the secretariat to find out how to submit documents.
Does the form confirm the appointment automatically?
No. The secretariat needs to check availability and confirm the date.
